We know that Christmas is going to be different this year but that does not mean that we cannot get in the festive spirit of giving. South Brent and District Caring are going to be giving Christmas cakes to those who need them this Christmas, and we would like to open this up to the village.
Do you know someone in the village who will be spending Christmas alone this year? Do you have a vulnerable neighbour who needs some extra Christmas cheer to help them through this difficult time?
Look for the ‘Nominate a Neighbour’ post box in the Village Shop from the 23rd of November- 2nd of December. ‘Nominate a Neighbour’ forms will be available at the shop for your nominee’s name and address, or contact us for a form. We are asking for a minimum donation of £3 to help cover the cost of the ingredients.
