(coordinated by South Brent & District Caring)

As we go into the 2nd lock-down period our focus remains to support those who need our help, who feel isolated or vulnerable and particularly those who legally will need to isolate, through symptoms or contact tracing.

This 2nd lock-down is markedly different from the 1st, in terms of scope and planned duration and we have adjusted our planned support to match it.   Here are the services we can help with.

Give Help! ↓

1. Help your neighbour

First think of how you can support those affected and self-isolating. If you are healthy and safe to do so, download, print and distribute our “Dear Neighbour” note:
View & Download

2. Give Money:  PayPal – BACS – Cash

While we always welcome financial support for South brent & District Caring, we anticipate being able to support the specific activity during the 2nd lock-down from our COVID reserves from previous fundraising.

3. Volunteer

We will continue to need volunteers for lots of different roles, including some that can be performed from home. While we hope to be able to manage the 2nd lock-down from within the normal resources of Caring we will contact volunteers from the 1st lock-down pool as and when required.
